Moving forward, the ASME Foundation will mirror the ASME fiscal year time frame in its grant award process. The Foundation will award grants for programs that will begin spending funds on July 1 of each year and end spending funds on June 30 of each year. This new cycle will begin in July of 2010. Accordingly, there may be logistical changes to the application and review processes; those have not been determined, but should be decided on and implemented by January 2010.
